Our Promise

We stand behind the superior craftsmanship of every CARAXY creation. Our Lifetime Warranty provides coverage for the following:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any flaws in materials or workmanship identified upon inspection.

  • Accent Stone Security: Tightening or replacement of loose or lost accent stones (individual stones below 0.20 carat).

  • Routine Maintenance: Complimentary cleaning, inspection, and prong tightening to ensure the security of your diamonds.

  • Rhodium Refurbishment: Periodic rhodium plating for all White Gold jewelry to maintain its brilliant luster.

What is Not Covered

To maintain the integrity of our warranty, please note that the following are excluded:

  • General Wear and Tear: Natural patina, surface scratches, or dents incurred through daily use.

  • Misuse & Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from trauma, neglect, or improper storage.

  • Loss or Theft: We strongly recommend obtaining independent jewelry insurance to cover loss, theft, or catastrophic damage.

  • Third-Party Alterations: Any jewelry that has been resized, repaired, or modified by a jeweler other than CARAXY will void this warranty.

  • Approved Customizations: Errors in custom designs or modifications once final approval has been granted by the customer.

Additional Terms & Service Fees

  • Resizing: * Complimentary resizing is available for adjustments within 2 US sizes.

    • Adjustments exceeding 2 US sizes will incur a service fee based on the design complexity and metal weight.

  • Custom Modifications: Any structural changes to a finished piece are chargeable and are not eligible for free replacement or return.

  • Shipping & Logistics: * Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and insurance when sending jewelry to CARAXY for inspection or repair.

    • Return shipping from CARAXY to the customer is subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

    • Important: You must consult with our support team at support@caraxy.com before dispatching any items.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

  1. Submit a Request: Email support@caraxy.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear, high-resolution images of the jewelry.

  2. Professional Inspection: Our master jewelers will review your case to determine if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect under this warranty.

  3. Resolution: * Qualifying Issues: We will repair or replace the item at no labor cost (excluding customer shipping).

    • Non-Warranty Issues: If the damage is not covered, we will provide a fair estimate for the repair before proceeding with any work.
