Lifetime Complimentary Services

Professional Cleaning: Complimentary professional cleaning using ultrasonic equipment to help restore your jewelry’s brilliance.

Resizing / Length Adjustment: Complimentary ring resizing or chain length adjustment within 2 US sizes, where applicable. (Only for DEFINITIES Diamond)

Repair for Non-Accidental Issues: Complimentary repair for issues that are not caused by human damage, misuse, accidents, improper wear, or external force. (Not include replacement or re-setting of lost diamonds or stones)

Routine Maintenance: Complimentary inspection and prong tightening to help ensure the security of your diamonds and stones.
First-Year Complimentary Services
The following services are complimentary within the first year from the date of delivery:

Resizing / Length Adjustment: Complimentary ring resizing or chain length adjustment within 2 US sizes, where applicable. (For DEFINITIES diamond selections, resizing is complimentary for life; however, resizing more than three times is not recommended, as repeated adjustments may weaken the precious metal and affect setting security.)

Rhodium Refinishing: Complimentary rhodium refinishing for eligible jewelry to help maintain its bright, polished appearance.

Accent Stone Replacement: Replacement of loose or lost accent stones (individualstones below 0.20 carat).
- Chain Soldering: Complimentary soldering service for broken chains. (If additional precious metal was required, the difference would be charged before soldering).
What is Not Covered
To maintain the integrity of our warranty, please note that the following are excluded:

General Wear and Tear: Natural patina, surface scratches, dents, fading, deformation, or changes caused by regular daily wear.

Misuse & Accidental Damage: Damage caused by trauma, impact, dropping, pulling, bending, improper storage, improper cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Loss or Theft: Loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance of jewelry or stones is not covered. We strongly recommend obtaining independent jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft, or accidental damage.

Third-Party Alterations: Any jewelry that has been resized, repaired, polished, modified or otherwise altered by a jeweler other than CARAXY may void this warranty.

Approved Customizations: Errors in custom designs or modifications once final approval has been granted by the customer.
Additional Terms & Service Fees

Eligibility: This warranty applies only to genuine CARAXY jewelry purchased directly from CARAXY. Proof of purchase may be required.

Inspection Required: All warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by CARAXY. Whether an issue qualifies for complimentary service will be determined after professional inspection.

Resizing / Length Adjustment: Adjustments exceeding 2 US sizes, or adjustments involving complex structures, special designs, or additional metal weight, may incur a service fee.

Custom Modifications: Any structural changes to a finished piece are chargeable and are not eligible for free replacement or return.

Shipping & Logistics: * Customers are responsible for all round-trip shipping duties, taxes and any other related logistics fees when sending jewelry to CARAXY for inspection or repair.

Other After-Sales Services & Annual Service Fees: Services that are not included in the complimentary lifetime or first-year coverage may be subject to the annual service fee standards listed below.

How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

Submit a Request: Email support@caraxy.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear, high-resolution images of the jewelry.

Professional Inspection: Our jewelry specialists will review your case and determine if the issue qualifies for complimentary service under this warranty.

Service Confirmation: If the issue qualifies for complimentary service, we will confirm the repair, maintenance, resizing, or replacement details with you before proceeding.

Non-Warranty Issues: If the issue is not covered by this warranty, we will provide a fair service estimate before proceeding with any work.
- Shipping-Arrangement: Once the service details are confirmed, our team will provide instructions for sending your jewelry to CARAXY. Customers are responsible for all applicable round-trip shipping costs, duties, taxes, insurance, and related logistics fees.
