1. Shipping Destinations

We offer Worldwide Shipping. Whether you are located in North America, Europe, Asia, or beyond, we ensure our products can be delivered to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Our shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and total order value (all prices in HKD):

3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

4. Delivery Times & Carriers

  • Estimated Delivery: 5-15 business days, depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.

  • Carriers: We partner with leading couriers, including FedEx, UPS, USPS, Aramex, DHL, Canada Post, and Royal Mail to ensure reliable service.

  • Delays: CARAXY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance, international regulations, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

CARAXY is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs vary by country; please get in touch with your local customs office for detailed information.

6. Insurance & Signature Requirement

To protect your investment, all packages are fully insured during transit. For security reasons, we require an Adult Signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.

7. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please monitor your inbox (and spam folder) to stay updated on your delivery status.

8. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We prioritize customer satisfaction and will make every effort to accommodate your requests to cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched. Please be aware that such changes may result in a delay in shipping.

  • Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. This policy applies to all new orders as well as items returning from our repair workshop.

  • Address Changes & Taxes: If a change in the shipping address is requested and approved, you may be responsible for additional taxes or duties, which will be invoiced separately. If the revised tax amount is lower than the original, the difference will be refunded to you.

  • Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Refund Policy.
